If you're not in love with your product, we'll refund you — no drama.  ELIGIBILITY • 30 days from delivery date • Product must be in original condition with all parts • Original packaging not required  HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND Email hello@borealdream.com with: 1) Your order number 2) Reason for the return (a sentence is fine) 3) A photo if the item arrived damaged or defective  We'll reply within 24 hours with next steps.  DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS We cover 100% — no return needed. Just send us a quick photo and we'll ship a replacement or refund you in full.  REFUNDS Once approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.  NON-RETURNABLE Items that have been visibly damaged by the customer (drops, water damage, modifications) are not eligible for refund.  WRONG ADDRESS If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we'll reship for the cost of shipping or refund the order minus original shipping.
